The Infusion...

Simply put, its bursting with flavour. ^_^

– Olive Oil, as much as your container needs.

-The recipe differs based on which of the following types of  infusion you are making:

Lime and Garlic
– One Lime’s worth of juice.
– One Lime’s worth of zest.
– A few cloves of garlic
– Sea Salt

Chili and Garlic
– Dried red chili
– A few cloves of garlic
– Sea Salt

For both recipes, you have to make a concentrate. To make the concentrate, you must put the flavours in a mortar and pestle and grind it. A simpler option is to put in a bowl, and use a spoon to grind it up. Then take a little bit of olive oil and add it to the flavourings in a different bowl. Now put it in your container and fill it up with olive oil. Done! You can put it on salads, to eat bread, eat it however you want to. 🙂
